449例重症医学科患者鼻胃管给药的合理性分析

Rationality analysis on nasogastric tube administration of 449 inpatients in intensive care unit

目的:统计药物经鼻胃管给药的使用情况,分析其合理性及解决策略。方法:对某院2018年7月–2019年6月入重症医学科的449例患者鼻胃管给药情况进行回顾性总结,分析经鼻胃管给药的药物种类、剂型等因素,对其合理性进行评价。结果:449例患者鼻胃管给药共涉及191种药品,片剂占65.45%,胶囊剂占16.23%。不合理用药共涉及41种药品,272例次,不合理用药率为14.43%,主要问题为剂型选择不适宜、选药不适宜及暂无相关的替代药品。结论:我院重症医学科鼻胃管给药存在不合理现象,临床药师应与临床密切合作,评估用药利弊,确保患者临床用药安全有效。

Objective:To investigate the application of nasogastric tube administration,evaluate its rationality and put forward solutions.Methods:Clinical data of 449 inpatients accepting nasogastric tube administration in intensive care unit(ICU)from July 2018 to June 2019 in a hospital were retrospectively collected and analyzed in terms of drug type,dosage form and the rationality.Results:A total of 191 drugs were used via nasogastric tube in 449 patients,among which tablets and capsules were accounted for 65.45%and 16.23%respectively and a total of 41 drugs including 272 cases were unreasonable.The rate of irrational drug use was 14.43%,which mainly included unsuitable dosage form,unsuitable drug and having no solutions.Conclusion:There were some unreasonable applications of nasogastric tube administration in ICU of our hospital.Pharmacists should work closely with doctors and nurses to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of medication with nasogastric tube,and ensure the rationality of nasogastric tube administration.
