基于华南地区大学生群体的五态人格测验简版的信度与效度分析

Reliability and Validity Analysis of Simplified Five-Pattern Personality Test Based on Survey of College Students in South China

【目的】以华南地区大学生群体为被试对象,编制五态人格测验简版。【方法】以问卷星对华南地区大学生群体施测五态人格问卷完整版,获得有效问卷2 248份。将2 248份有效问卷的数据随机分为2组,一组数据用于项目分析和探索性因子分析,另一组数据用于验证性因子分析。【结果】(1)探索性与验证性因子分析限定5个维度,对条目进行删减后,最终保留44个条目,其中太阳维度8个,少阳维度9个,阴阳平和维度12个,太阴维度7个,少阴维度8个。保留的44个条目累计可解释总变异量的29%。(2)验证性因子分析表明模型拟合度尚可(χ^2=2519.9):拟合优度指数(GFI)为0.856,残差均方根(RMSR)为0.016;近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.050;调整后拟合优度指数(AGFI)为0.840;规范拟合参数(NFI)为0.686,比较拟合指数(CFI)为0.771;量表各维度的Cronbachα系数在0.640~0.816之间,以原版测验为效标求得效标效度在0.425~0.903之间。【结论】五态人格测验简版信度与效度尚可,可以应用于大学生人格测查。

Objective To construct a simplified five-pattern personality test for college students in south China.Methods By using the online questionnaire of the complete five-pattern personality test,we obtained the 2 248 valid questionnaires from the population of college students in south China. The 2 248 college students were randomly divided into two groups. The data of one group was used for the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the data of the other group was used for the confirmatory factor analysis. Results(1)For the performance of the exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis,5 dimensions were limited,and after deleting the items, a total of 44 items retained finally, which included 8 items in the Taiyang dimension,9 items in the Shaoyang dimension,12 items in the Yin-yang balance dimension,7 items in the Taiyin dimension,and 8 items in the Shaoyin dimension. The retained 44 items can totally explained 29% of the total variance.(2)The model-fitting degree of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitness was acceptable,χ^2= 2 519.9,goodness of fit index(GFI)being 0.856,root mean square residual(RMSR)being0.016,root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)being 0.050,adjusted goodness of fit index(AGFI)being 0.840,normed fit index(NFI)being 0.686,comparative fit index(CFI)being 0.771. Cronbach α of each dimension was in the range of 0.640-0.816, and the criterion validity was in the range of 0.425-0.903.Conclusion The simplified five-pattern personality test has good reliability and validity,and can be applied to college students’ personality test.
