下沉式商业街人性化环境设计策略研究

RESEARCH ON HUMANIZED ENVIRONMENT DESIGN STRATEGY OF SUNKEN COMMERCIAL STREET

随着城市的发展,城市空间不断向立体化演进,地下空间开发成为城市空间发展的重要衍生方向,地下商业街也在时代背景下应运而生。下沉式商业街由于空间构成形态的特殊性,常出现下沉空间与周.边城市功能空间分隔独立,整体交通不通畅,光照不足,使用者无方向感及心理压抑等方面的问题。以西安幸福林带项目为例,从人性化、舒适度、全龄化方面展开思考与研究,提出从物理(交通)层面,心理(感知)层面,视觉(感受)层面进一步提升幸福林带项目的场地吸引力,满足使用者的多元休闲娱乐需求,实现其应有的商业价值及社会价值。为其他下沉式商业街的理论研究和实践设计提供借鉴,以实现城市地下商业空间的积极发展。

With the development of the city,the urban space continues to evolve into threedimensionality.The development of underground space has become an important derivative direction of the development of urban space.Underground commercial streets have also emerged in the context of the times.Due to the particularity of the spatial structure of the sunken commercial street,the sunken space is often separated from the surrounding urban functional space,the overall traffic is not smooth,the light is insufficient,the users have no sense of direction and psychological depression.Taking the Xi'an Happy Forest Belt Project as an example,it carries out thinking and research from the aspects of humanization,comfort,and ageing,and proposes to further enhance the site of the Happy Forest Belt project from the physical(traffic)level,the psychological(perception)level,and the visual(feeling)level.It is attractive,meets the diverse leisure and entertainment needs of users,and realizes its due commercial and social values.Provide reference for the theoretical research and practical design of other sunken commercial streets to realize the active development of urban underground commercial space.
