摘要
装配式住宅具有建造标准化和构件部品规格模数化两大特征。住宅的立面设计也应以标准化、模数化原则为基础,结合建筑形式美学原则,创造出个性化、多样化的立面效果。运用BIM三维立体模型技术建立构件模块化族库,以实际工程案例为切入点,通过族库大数据中的构件选型及多样化组合方式,可实现装配式住宅立面设计的个性化、多样化效果,为建筑师进行住宅造型及立面设计工作提供技术支持。
Prefabricated housing has two characteristics:construction standardization and component specification modularization.The facade design of residence should also be based on the principles of standardization and modularization,combined with the principles of architectural form aesthetics,to create a personalized and diversified facade effect.Using BIM three-dimensional model technology to build component modular family library,taking the actual project cases as the starting point,through the component selection and diversified combination mode in the family database big data,to achieve the personalized and diversified effect of prefabricated residential facade design,and provide technical support for architects to carry out residential modeling and facade design.
