摘要 以山钢日照精品基地装配式管廊施工项目为例,研究装配式管廊孔道压浆的工作原理、施工工艺和质量控制要点。结果表明:采用真空辅助压浆法进行孔道压浆可使管道内浆液顺利灌注,解决常规压浆泵因压力不足影响注浆效果的技术难题;真空辅助压浆过程应缓慢均匀,同一根管道要求压浆一次完成,使水泥浆液的饱满度和密实度达标;采用真空辅助压浆法可在缩短工期的情况下提高固结水泥浆在孔道内的粘结力,提升装配式预制构件的锚索锚固连接效果,防止预应力锚索锈蚀。 Taking the construction project of the prefabricated pipe gallery of the Rizhao boutique base of Shanxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as an example,the working principle,construction technology and quality control points of the prefabricated pipe gallery grouting are studied.The results show that:the use of vacuum-assisted grouting method for pore grouting can make the slurry in the pipeline smoothly poured,and solve the technical problem that the conventional grouting pump affects the grouting effect due to insufficient pressure;the vacuum-assisted grouting process should be slow and uniform,and the same pipeline requires the grouting completing at one time to make the fullness and compactness of the cement slurry reaching the standard;the vacuum-assisted grouting method can improve the bonding force of the cement slurry in the tunnel while shortening the construction period,and improve the anchor cable of the prefabricated component.The anchoring connection effect prevents corrosion of the prestressed anchor cable.
