摘要
商合杭铁路芜湖长江公铁大桥单根斜拉索最长达320.788m,最重56.234t,所需的牵引力和张拉力吨位大,且塔端张拉空间较狭窄,普通张拉工法无法满足该极限安装空间要求。针对斜拉索极限空间安装的技术瓶颈,提出一种极限空间超大吨位斜拉索牵引、张拉工艺,解决了该类斜拉索在狭小空间条件下的施工安装技术难题。
Based on the research background of the world’s first high-low tower double cable plane box truss composite girder cable-stayed bridge--Wuhu Yangtze River Highway and Railway Bridge of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou railway, the single cable is 320.788 m long at most and 56.234t heavy at most, which requires large traction and tension, and the tension space at the end of the tower is relatively narrow, so the ordinary tension method can not meet the limit installation space. Aiming at the technical bottleneck of the cable installation in the limit space, a new technology of traction and tension for the cable with large tonnage in the limit space is proposed, which can solve the technical problems of the installation and construction of the cable in the narrow space.
