一种大功率风冷直流融冰装置冷却系统仿真分析 被引量:4

摘要 直流融冰装置运行时,晶闸管会产生大量的热,影响装置的可靠性。此处针对某型号直流融冰装置的冷却需求,分析了冷却系统中单只散热器热阻及流阻性能的仿真与测试偏差,风阻偏差在7%之内,热阻偏差在7.5%之内;运用计算机流体力学(CFD)仿真计算及试验相结合的方法,得出距离风机越近,散热器的进风风速偏差率越低,冷却系统中散热器进风平均风速仿真值相较于测试值的偏差率小于9%,评估出该仿真方法的准确度,为后续类似风冷冷却系统研究设计提供借鉴。 When DC ice-melting device runs,the large amount of heat generated by the thyristors will influence the reliability of the system.According to the cooling requirements of a certain type of DC ice-melting device,the simulation and test deviations of the thermal resistance and flow resistance performance of a single heatsink in the cooling system are analyzed.The wind resistance deviation is within 7%and the thermal resistance deviation is within 7.5%.Experiment using computer fluid mechanics(CFD)simulation calculation and the method of combining concluded the closer distance fan,heatsink into the wind speed deviation rate is lower,heatsink cooling system in the simulation value compared with the average wind speed test values deviation rate of less than 9%.The accuracy of the simulation methods is assessed,which proved to be a practicable design for the air-cooling system research.
