摘要
为满足放电等离子体均匀稳定、电离效率高及等离子体扩散速率快等参数对激励电源的要求,在此设计一种幅值为20 kV、功率为2 kW且幅值与脉宽在一定范围内均可调的高压脉冲叠加直流电源。在此采用UC2525ADW芯片设计控制电路、给出高频变压器的设计方案、高压脉冲叠加可调直流电压的设计方案来完成电源设计,最后搭建实验平台进行仿真测试和实验验证,实验结果表明设计满足需求。
In order to satisfy the requirements of the excitation power source such as uniform and stable discharge plasma,high ionization efficiency,and fast plasma diffusion efficiency,designs a kind of amplitude 20 kV,power 2 kW,and the amplitude and pulse width are adjustable within a certain range high voltage pulse superimposed direct current power supply.The thesis uses UC2525ADW chip to design the control circuit,gives the design scheme of high-frequency transformer,and the design scheme of high-voltage pulse superimposed adjustable DC voltage to complete the power supply design.Finally,the experimental platform is set up for simulation testing and experimental verification,and the experimental results show that the design satisfies the requirements.
