摘要
潮河主坝为密云水库主要挡水建筑物之一,坝型为碾压式斜墙土坝。1997年,安全鉴定指出该坝抗震稳定安全系数不能满足规范要求,1998年依据安全鉴定结论对该坝进行了安全加固,2017年,实施密云水库大坝安全鉴定项目又对该坝进行了安全检查和评价。选取该坝加固前后且处于高水位运行的1994、1996、1997、2018和2019年等5个典型年份,从渗流安全、变形稳定等角度进行比对,并结合2次安全鉴定情况及历年工情监测数据进行系统分析,以论证该坝的安全性。分析结果表明,该坝渗流正常,变形趋稳,抗震安全,符合相关规范规定,满足安全运行要求。
Chaohe River main dam is one of the main water retaining structures in Miyun Reservoir.The dam type is a roller compacted inclined wall earth dam.The safety coefficient of seismic stability of the dam was safely identified as failing to meet the requirements of the code in 1997,and the safety reinforcement was carried out according to the safety evaluation conclusion in 1998.The safety inspection and evaluation of the dam were carried out in 2017.Five typical years of the dam including 1994,1996,1997,2018 and 2019 before and after the dam was strengthened and operated at high water level were selected.The seepage safety and deformation stability were compared.And the safety of the dam was demonstrated by systematic analysis combined with the two safety appraisal situations and the monitoring data.These results show that the dam has normal seepage flow,stable deformation,safe earthquake resistance,and meets the relevant specifications and requirements of safe operation.
