密云水库浮游植物群落结构及多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 密云水库作为北京市第一大水库,担任着战略储备水源的重任,也是南水北调中线工程的调节水库,南水北调来水进入密云水库,会在一定程度上影响密云水库的水质及生物多样性。为掌握南水北调来水对密云水库水生态环境的影响,防止因南水北调调蓄导致密云水库生态环境发生突变,故应开展密云水库水生生物调查,通过浮游植物群落结构及多样性分析,防止因水库生态环境发生变化造成损失。结果表明,密云水库调蓄南水北调来水后,其浮游植物群落组成相对稳定。 As the largest reservoir in Beijing,Miyun Reservoir plays an important role in strategic water reserve.Meanwhile,Miyun Reservoir is also the regulating reservoir of the middle route project of the South-to-North water diversion project.The water quality and biodiversity of Miyun Reservoir would be affected by the inflow of the South-to-North water diversion to a certain extent.Hence,the aquatic biological investigation in Miyun Reservoir was carried out to clearly grasp the impact of this phenomenon on the water ecological environment and to effectively prevent the sudden change of the ecological environment of Miyun Reservoir caused by the regulation and storage of the South-to-North water diversion.The community structure and diversity of phytoplankton were analyzed to prevent the loss caused by the change of ecological environment in the reservoir.The results show that the composition of phytoplankton community have always been relatively stable even if Miyun Reservoir regulates and stores the water from South-to-North water diversion.
