封闭清漆对腐蚀环境中改性硅溶胶隔热涂层性能的影响

摘要 为了减少供热管道在能量传递过程中的损失,隔热材料需要进行优化提高其保温功能。本研究通过化学接枝法制备出具有高腐蚀抗性和耐高温性能的改性硅溶胶隔热涂料。电化学阻抗谱和扫描电镜分析表明:在隔热涂层表面涂刷封闭聚氨酯清漆后阻抗显著提高,具有良好的腐蚀防护性能。隔热试验表明:在50℃盐水中有封闭清漆的涂层隔热性能优于无封闭的硅溶胶涂层。此外,封闭清漆能大幅提高硅溶胶涂层的耐磨性。试验结果表明,表面采用清漆封闭的硅溶胶涂层是一种优良的供热管道用耐蚀隔热材料。 In order to reduce the heat loss of pipeline in the process of energy transfer,the thermal insulation material needs to be optimized to improve its insulation performance.This paper described a modified silica sol thermal-insulating coatings with high corrosion resistance and high temperature tolerance was prepared by chemical grafting.The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scan electron microscopy showed that the electrochemical impedance and corrosion resistance of the heat-insulating coatings covered with polyurethane sealing varnish was significantly improved.The thermal-insulation test showed that the thermal-insulating performance of the coatings with varnish was better than that of the pure silica sol s in 50℃ salt solution.In addition,varnish can greatly improve the wear resistance of silica sol coatings.Results indicated that varnish sealed silica sol coatings was a good heat-insulating material for heating pipelines.
