摘要
以2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇、丁酸为原材料进行酯化反应,合成新型成膜助剂2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二丁酸酯。采用气相色谱、核磁等分析方法对产物结构进行表征,并在不同乳液中加入该成膜助剂,对比其与2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯的成膜效果,并将其用作成膜助剂,应用在内墙乳胶漆配方中。结果表明:该成膜助剂的分子结构与设计相符,含量>99.0%,符合TVOC的环保要求,且成膜效率提升10%,水解稳定性与对比样类似,且涂料其他性能不受影响。
The 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentylene glycol and butyric acid were used as raw materials for esterification to synthesize 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentylene glycol dibutyrate as a new coalescent. The structure of the synthesized material was characterized by gas chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance and other analytical methods. The film-forming agent was added to different latex to test its coalescent effect compared with 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentaylene glycol diisobutyrate. It was used as coalescent and applied to the formulation of interior latex paint. The results showed that the molecular structure of the film-forming assistant was consistent with design;the purity was higher than 99. 0%,and it was compliant to the environmental protection requirements of TVOC;the film-forming efficiency was increased by 10%;the hydrolysis stability was similar to the referent sample,without failure of other properties of the coatings.
