摘要
为了克服现有气凝胶涂抹装置的缺陷并提高所制气凝胶的质量,研究通过进料管将气凝胶输送至储料室,用转动电机、搅拌杆和螺旋搅拌叶对气凝胶进行搅拌防止凝固,然后在进料管的压力下将气凝胶压出涂抹口,通过滚动辊将气凝胶压平,方便对气凝胶进行定形。结果表明,研制的气凝胶涂抹装置显著提升了气凝胶涂抹的效率和质量。
In order to overcome the defects of aerogel coating device and improve the quality of aerogel produced,the aerogel was transferred to the storage chamber through the feeding tube,and the aerogel was stirred with a rotating motor,stirring rod and a spiral stirring blade to prevent solidification.Then,the aerogel was pressed out of the applicator under the pressure of the feeding tube,and the aerogel was flattened by the rolling roller,which facilitated the shaping of the aerogel.The results showed that the efficiency and quality of aerogel coating were improved significantly.
