摘要
基于天然气分级燃烧器,采用数值模拟方法研究了燃料分级和烟气再循环对NOx生成的影响。结果表明:一级燃气体积流量占总燃气体积流量的比例从90.00%降到75.00%时,锅炉出口NOx质量浓度明显降低,从184 mg/m^3降低到127 mg/m^3;采用烟气再循环技术能够有效减少NOx排放。
Taking the gas-staged burner as an object of study,the effects of fuel staging and flue gas recirculation on the NOx emission were studied by numerical simulation.Results show that when the volume proportion of primary gas decreases from 90%to 75%,the NOx emission at furnace outlet drops significantly from 184 mg/m^3 to 127 mg/m^3.The NOx emission could be reduced effectively by adopting the flue gas recirculation technology.
