摘要
在我国长江三角洲城市群和粤港澳大湾区,相继诞生了沪嘉杭G60和广深港澳两条科技创新走廊。科技创新走廊逐步形成具有中国特色的建设模式,处于不断扩容延伸的动态发展趋势,空间格局表现为多核多中心的态势,区域创新要素实现了高度集聚和便捷有序流动。创新走廊发展范式需要在空间布局、体制创新、产业培育、人才集聚、环境营造等方面实现无缝对接,推动走廊区域创新要素便捷流动和优化配置,带动区域协同创新发展。
In China's Yangtze River Delta city group and Guangdong-Hong-Kong-Macao Bay area,two science and technology innovation corridors,Shanghai Jiahang G60 and Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong-Kong-Macao,have been successively born.The science and technology innovation corridor has gradually formed a construction mode with Chinese characteristics,which is in the dynamic development trend of continuous expansion and extension.The spatial pattern shows the trend of multi-core and multi center.The regional innovation elements have achieved a high degree of concentration and convenient and orderly flow.Innovation corridor development paradigm needs to achieve seamless docking in spatial layout,institutional innovation,industrial cultivation,talent concentration,environmental construction and other aspects,promote the convenient flow and optimal allocation of regional innovation elements in the corridor,and promote regional collaborative innovation and development.
