摘要
小学全科教师是解决当下乡村小学面临各种问题的最有效手段,但却让全科教师的生存发展深陷“乡村化”困境。这主要表现为以“乡村化”为背景的国家政策困境、各级教育主管部门的实践困境、各相关高校的培养困境、理论与实践研究的滞后困境等。小学全科教师要实现困境“突围”,需要国家政策层面进一步做好科学引导和顶层设计;各级政府和教育主管部门进行大胆有效的探索和尝试;肩负培养师资任务的高校切实培养出高质量、高水平的全科教师;各类小学主动推动社会大众对小学教育的多元化认同。
Elementary integrated-disciplines teacher is the effective way to solve all the existing problems in current rural primary schools,while the existence and development of integrated-disciplines teachers has been in a dilemma of ruralizing,such as the difficulties in the state policies,in all-level educational administrations’practice,in universities and colleges’talent cultivation,and in the theory and practice research.Therefore,state policies should do better in science guide and top planing,all-level education administrations should make brave and effective exploration and practice,universities and colleges should cultivate high-quality integrated-disciplines teachers,and all primary schools should promote the masses’recognition of multi-element primary education.
