农村初中英语教师应该积极适应新形势下义务教育发展的大环境,促使自己满足农村英语课程建设的新要求及信息化环境下农村初中英语教学发展的新需求,持续不断地提高职业水平和教学能力。农村初中英语教师应当具备基本的专业理论和知识,除此之外,他们还应该具有调整教学方法的能力、选择教学内容的能力、进行教学改革的能力以及现代教育技术应用能力。

Junior middle school English teachers should actively adapt to the development trends in the era and make themselves meet the new demands of rural English course construction and rural junior middle school English teaching development in the information era so as to improve their vocational and teaching competence.Junior middle school English teachers should have basic professional theory and knowledge,and have the ability to adjust teaching methods,select teaching content,carry out teaching reform and apply modern educational technologies.
