摘要
为探索应用动物实验综合评价白洋淀水质的方法及其可行性,拟建立一个模型,收集实验动物的生理病理变化情况,通过环境健康风险评价,分析了白洋淀水体环境质量。实验结果表明:所有模型中空白对照组未出现明显生理及病理变化,而阳性组及样品组均出现一定的生理及病理变化,研究认为基于动物实验的环境健康风险评价模型能够进行综合性的风险识别,满足环境健康风险评价前提条件。经模型计算出环境质量分值(实验动物)为1.125,白洋淀水质(实验动物)轻度污染,并经试验验证该模型可行,且具有一定的借鉴作用和科学意义。
This paper aims to explore the method and feasibility of evaluating the water quality of Baiyangdian via animal experiments comprehensively.It plans to establish a model which contains the physiological and pathological changes of experimental animals,and then water environment quality of the Baiyangdian is analyzed through the environmental health risk assessment.The results shows that within all models,no significant physiological and pathological changes are observed in the control group,while certain physiological and pathological changes are observed in the positive and sample groups.It is concluded that the environmental health risk assessment model based on animal experiments can be used for comprehensive risk identification and meet the precondition of environmental health risk assessment.The environmental quality scores(experimental animals)evaluated by the model is 1.125,and the water quality of Baiyangdian(experimental animals)is slightly polluted.The empirical test verifies that the model is feasible with certain reference effect and scientific significance.
