建筑废弃物资源化成本构成研究——以华阴市亭子村为例

Analysis and Research on the Cost of Construction Waste Resource——Taking Tingzi Village in Huayin City as an Example

以华阴市亭子村棚户区拆迁项目产生的建筑废弃物处理为例,结合施工过程中建筑废弃物分类、破碎预处理的生产、再生产品的加工制作等不同阶段的具体工艺流程,研究了不同类型建筑废弃物的处理方式,并从资源化利用过程中各个发展阶段具体分析了主要成本构成和核算方法,以为其他类似工程计算成本费用提供重要的实例参考经验。解决建筑废弃物长期压占土地、污染环境等问题。

Taking the construction waste treatment of the shantytown demolition project in Tingzi Village,Huayin City as an example,this paper analyzes the specific process flow in different stages of construction waste classification,crushing and pretreatment production,and processing and production of recycled products during the construction process.The treatment methods of different types of construction waste,and the specific analysis of the main cost components and accounting methods from various development stages in the process of resource utilization can provide important reference experience for other similar projects in calculating costs.The problem of long-term occupation of land by construction waste and environment pollution is solved.
