《黄帝内经》知识表示与标引研究

Research on Knowledge Representation and Indexing of"Huangdi's Cannon of Internal Medicine"

以中医经典《黄帝内经》为研究对象,以临床需求为导向,采用文献研究、专家判断与信息技术相结合的方式,将原文篇章进行知识分类;以中医古籍语言系统语义类型和语义关系为参照,对《素问》《灵枢》部分篇章进行概念实体、语义类型及语义关系的深度标引,并新增“人群生活方式”两个语义类型,优化了中医古籍语言系统。为实现面向临床需求的中医药古籍知识服务提供方法学的探索,为中医古籍标引及深度利用提供范式,为中医古籍的深度利用提供可能,为构建半自动甚至全自动的中医古籍标引系统奠定基础。

This study takes Huangdi's Cannon of Internal Medicine,the classic of traditional Chinese medicine,as the research object;takes clinical needs as the guide,uses literature research,expert judgment and information technology to classify the original text into knowledge categories.Based on the semantic types and semantic relations in the language system of ancient books of Chinese medicine,this paper makes a deep indexing of the conceptual entities,semantic types and semantic relations in some chapters of Basic Questions and The Spiritual Pivot,and adds two semantic types of“population”and“lifestyle”to optimize the language system of ancient books of Chinese medicine.This study is to provide methodological exploration for realizing the knowledge service of ancient books of Chinese medicine facing clinical needs,provide a paradigm for the indexing and in-depth use of ancient books of Chinese medicine,provide the possibility for the in-depth use of ancient books of Chinese medicine,and lay a foundation for constructing a semi-automatic or fully automatic indexing system of ancient books of Chinese medicine.
