智慧输电线路接续管状态实时感知技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 随着泛在电力物联网的建设,电力输电线路提出了建设智慧输电线路的要求。接续管作为连接导线的重要金具,在振动,热,应力等因素的作用下会发生形变,从而影响输电线路的安全。针对导线接续管形变问题,文中对智慧输电线路接续管状态感知技术进行了研究。首先建立了电容形变模型,分析了电容极板弯曲变形引起的电容变化规律;紧接着,采用有限元方法模拟了接续管形变后的应力,确定了接续管变形值的监测范围;其次,在静电场中对不同变形量的电容进行了仿真,发现了形变量与电容值之间呈二次函数关系;最后,从感知节点,边缘节点和云服务平台三个方面对接续管状态感知系统进行了详细设计。物联网感知节点集成在接续管上,它测量接续管变形引起的电容值变化量,并通过LoRa将数据发送到边缘节点。边缘节点接收到多个感知节点的数据后,计算出变形量,并通过4G发送到云平台。云平台收集所有数据,并在后台进行显示,用户可通过手机查看。 With the construction of ubiquitous electric Internet of things,the requirements of building smart transmission lines is put forwarded.As an important armour clampe for HVDC(high-voltage direct current) transmission lines,the tension splice connector will deform under the action of vibration,heat,stress and other factors,which affects the safety of transmission line.To solve this problem,we propose a state-aware technology for HVDC transmission line tension splice connector in this paper.Firstly,the capacitance deformation model is built and the law of capacitance change caused by the bending deformation of capacitor plate is analyzed.Secondly,the stress of the tension splice connector after deformation is simulated by using the finite element method,and the range of monitoring the tension splice connector deformation value is selected.Thirdly,the capacitance with different deformation is simulated in electrostatic field,and it is found that the relationship between the deformation value and the capacitance is quadratic function.Finally,the tension splice connector state-aware system is designed in detail from three aspects:sense node,edge node and cloud service platform.The sense node is integrated on the tension splice connec--or,which measures the capacitance value change caused by the deformation of the splice tube and sends the data to the edge node through LoRa.After receiving data from multiple sense nodes,the edge node calculates the amount of deformation and sends it to the cloud platform through 4 G.The cloud platform collects all data and displays it in the background,and users can view it through phones.
