摘要
文中研究了CO2应用在隔离接地开关中产生电弧时,等离子体中性—中性和中性—离子之间的碰撞积分。采用质量作用定律模型,考虑20种粒子,对压强0.7 MPa,温度300~30 000 K的CO2电弧等离子体各组分摩尔分数进行计算,确定了9种相互作用的粒子以及15种中性—中性和12种中性—离子之间的相互作用。在文献中选择适当的极化率数据,并计算电离态中对极化率有贡献的有效电子数。利用唯象势的方法计算(l,s)=(1,1)、(1,2)、(1,3)、(2,2)4种情况的弹性碰撞积分,采用Laricchiuta的拟合公式计算原子与其一阶离子相互作用的非弹性碰撞,建立CO2中性—中性和中性—离子碰撞积分数据库。研究结果与已知的碰撞积分结果基本吻合。文中的方法可以对SF6新型环保替代介质碰撞积分提供理论支持,并对输运系数和电弧理论模型数值仿真研究提供基础数据。
In this paper,the collision integral between neutral-neutral and neutral-ion in plasma when CO2 is used to generate arc in isolated grounding switch.Using the law of mass action model,considering 20 kinds of particles,the mole fraction of each component of the CO2 arc plasma with a pressure of 0.7 MPa and a temperature of 300 K to30 000 K was calculated,and 9 kinds of interacting particles and 15 kinds of neutral-neutral and 12 kinds of neutralion interactions.Select appropriate polarizability data in the literature and calculate the number of effective electrons in the ionized state that contribute to the polarizability.Calculate the elastic collision integrals of(l,s)=(1,1)、(1,2)、(1,3)、(2,2) in four cases using the phenomenological method,and use the fitting formula of Laricchiuta calculate the inelastic collision of atoms interacting with their first-order ions,and establish a CO+2 neutral-neutral and neutral-ion collision integration database.The research results are basically consistent with the known collision integral results.The method in this paper can provide theoretical support for the collision integration of SF6 new environmentally friendly alternative medium,and provide basic data for the numerical simulation research of transport coefficient and arc theoretical model.
