摘要
儿科是临床中最容易与家属产生分歧,出现医患矛盾科室之一,年轻儿科医生更需加强医患沟通能力。本文应用“乔哈里视窗”及“冰山原则”理论,从全新的角度审视医患沟通的全程,反思沟通中可能出现问题的关键节点;以提高患儿诊治效果为共同目标,增强医患理解与信任,增进积极有效的医患沟通,获取最大限度的有效信息,以期为能使患儿和家属配合诊疗,从而降低或消除医疗纠纷的发生提供理论参考。
Pediatrics is one of the most prone to disagreements with family members in the clinic,and there are conflicts between doctors and patients.Young pediatricians need to strengthen doctor-patient communication skills.This article applies the theory of"Johari window"and"Iceberg principle"to examine the whole process of doctor-patient communication from a new perspective,and reflect on the key nodes of possible problems in the communication;with the common goal of improving the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of children,enhance understanding and trust between doctors and patients,promote active and effective doctor-patient communication,and obtain maximum effective information,in order to provide theoretical references for children and their families to cooperate in diagnosis and treatment,thereby reducing or eliminating medical disputes.
