摘要 目的研究尤瑞克林联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物对急性脑梗死患者凝血功能及神经功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月在我院诊治的124例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组采用尤瑞克林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后凝血功能指标(血小板计数、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体)、神经功能缺损评分及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.93%,高于对照组的80.64%(P<0.05);治疗后两组血小板计数、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组神经功能缺损评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床不良反应发生率为3.22%,与对照组的4.83%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物可改善急性脑梗死患者凝血功能,促进神经功能恢复,提高临床治疗总有效率,且临床不良反应少。 Objective To study the effect of UrinaryKallindinogenase combined with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate on blood coagulation and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 124 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with UrinaryKallindinogenase,and the observation group was combined with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the coagulation function indexes(platelet count,fibrinogen,D-Dimer),neurological deficit score and clinical adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.93%,which was higher than 80.64%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the platelet count,fibrinogen,and D-dimer of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of neurological deficits in both groups were Lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the clinical adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.22%,compared with 4.83%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion UrinaryKallindinogenase combined with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate could improve the coagulation function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of nerve function,improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,and had fewer clinical adverse reactions.
