摘要
实验室是高校教学和培养学生实践能力的重要载体,也是科技创新、发展科学技术的摇篮。将实验室安全环保的环境作为一项保障教学和科研人员顺利开展工作的前提,深圳技术大学从制度化建设、责任体系构建、安全准入和安全教育、安全检查、安全防护装备完善、安全技术队伍建设六个方面探索实验室安全管理结构体系。实践证明,该体系有助于提高实验室安全管理效率,有效控制实验室安全风险,降低安全事故的发生。
Laboratories are the important carriers of teaching and training students'practical ability in universities,but also are the cradle of scientific innovation and technical development.The safe and ecologic environment in laboratories especially as a prerequisite to ensure that teaching and researching staffs can work smoothly.Shenzhen Technology University has explored the laboratory safety management structure from six aspects:system construction,responsibility system construction,security access and safety education,safety inspections,safety protective facilities and safety technical team building.Practice has proved that the system is helpful to improve the efficiency of laboratory safety management,effectively control the laboratory safety risk and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
