摘要
实践教学环节因为学生参与度高,具有灵活性、情境性、社会性等特点,在本科人才技术性和非技术性能力培养中起到重要的作用。探讨了面向高校工程教育,实践教学存在结构及实施形式对毕业要求支撑不足、学生主体地位体现薄弱等问题,建立了一种针对工程教育专业认证要求的实践教学框架,根据各实践模块的教学目标采取灵活多样的教学方法,突出学生的主体地位。通过加强实践环节设置的系统性,切实提高工程技术人才培养质量。
Practice teaching plays an important role in the technical and non-technical ability training for talent cultivation of engineering education,which is because of the students'high participation,and its characteristics such as flexibility,situation,sociality and so on.Be oriented to the needs of engineering education of colleges and universities,this paper discusses some problems existing in traditional practice teaching,including the lack of structure and implementation support for graduation requirements,the weak dominant learning position of students,etc.A practice teaching system is constructed for the engineering education major.The dominant learning position of students can be highlighted by flexible teaching methods adopted according to the teaching goals of each practice module.It can effectively improve the quality of engineering education talent cultivation by strengthening systematic settings of the practice teaching courses.
