基于MEEMD-SVM的城轨车辆车轮多边形故障诊断方法

摘要 针对城轨车辆车轮振动信号的非平稳特性,提出一种基于改进的集合经验模态分解(MEEMD)和支持向量机(SVM)的车轮多边形故障诊断方法。该方法以车轮轴箱垂向振动信号为数据源,通过MEEMD方法将信号分解成多阶IMF分量,计算主要分量的样本熵值,并将其作为特征向量输入到SVM模型中进行分类识别。实验分析结果表明,该方法能有效识别车轮多边形故障,识别准确率可达95%。
