摘要
目的:观察SBAR标准化交接班模式在消化内科护理中的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年1月200例消化内科患者的临床资料,按照护理人员是否采取SBAR标准化交接班模式分为观察组与对照组各100例.对照组护理人员采用常规床边交接班模式,观察组护理人员采用SBAR标准化交接班模式,比较两组护理人员知识达标率、护理不良事件发生率和患者护理满意度.结果:观察组护理人员知识达标率和患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:SBAR标准化交接班模式应用于消化内科护理可提高护理人员知识达标率和患者护理满意度,以及降低护理不良事件发生率,效果优于常规床边交接班模式效果.
Objective:To observe application effects of standardized shift mode of SBAR in nursing of department of gastroenterology.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients of department of gastroenterology from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether the nursing staffs adopted the standardized shift mode of SBAR or not,they were divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The nursing staff sin the control group adopted the routine bedside shift mode,while the nursing staffs in the observation group adopted the standardized shift mode of SBAR.Then,the nursing staff knowledge standard-reaching rate,the incidence of nursing adverse events and patients’nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing staff knowledge standardreaching rate and the patients’nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the incidence of nursing adverse events was obviously lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the standardized shift mode of SBAR in the nursing of the department of gastroenterology can improve the nursing staff knowledge standard-reaching rate and the patients’nursing satisfaction degree,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to the routine bedside shift mode.
