腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术与开放式手术治疗腹股沟疝的效果比较

Comparison of effects of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair and open hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hernia

目的:比较腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术与开放式手术治疗腹股沟疝的效果.方法:选取95例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组47例和观察组48例,对照组采用开放式疝修补术,观察组采用腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术.比较两组手术指标、并发症发生率及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分.结果:观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.16%(2/48),低于对照组的21.28%(10/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果显著,能够减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间,节省住院费用,降低并发症发生率,有效缓解患者疼痛.

Objective:To compare effects of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair and open hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods:95 patients with inguinal hernia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=48)by using the random number table method.The control group used open hernia repair,while the observation group was given the laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair.The,the surgical indicators,complication rate and visual analog scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group;the operation time was longer than the that of the control group;the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group;the hospitalization expenses were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.16%(2/48),which was lower than 21.28%(10/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the postoperative VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of inguinal hernia.It can reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the hospitalization time,save the hospitalization costs,reduce the complication rate,and improve the pain level of the patients effectively.
