加替沙星眼用凝胶与左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶治疗细菌性结膜炎患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of Gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel and Levofloxacin ophthalmic gel in treatment of patients with bacterial conjunctivitis

目的:比较加替沙星眼用凝胶与左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶治疗细菌性结膜炎患者的效果.方法:选取86例细菌性结膜炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶治疗,观察组给予加替沙星眼用凝胶治疗,比较两组临床治疗有效率、临床症状改善时间和用药期间不良反应发生率.结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.67%(42/43),明显高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结膜充血、水肿、畏光感等临床症状改善时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.65%(2/43),明显低于对照组的18.60%(8/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加替沙星眼用凝胶治疗细菌性结膜炎患者,可提高治疗有效率,缩短临床症状改善时间,降低不良反应发生率,其效果优于左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶治疗效果.

Objective:To compare effects of Gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel and Levofloxacin ophthalmic gel in treatment of patients with bacterial conjunctivitis.Methods:86 patients with bacterial conjunctivitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given Levofloxacin ophthalmic gel treatment,while the observation group was given Gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel treatment.The effective rate of clinical treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions during medication were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was significantly higher than 79.07%(34/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as conjunctival hyperemia,edema,and photophobia in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%(2/43),which was significantly lower than 18.60%(8/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel in the treatment of the patients with bacterial conjunctivitis can increase the effective rate of treatment,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to Levofloxacin ophthalmic gel.
