摘要
目的:观察童趣化护理在学龄前肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果.方法:选取96例学龄前肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究?对象,按入院时间顺序分为研究组和对照组各48例.对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受童趣化护理.比较两组患儿治疗依从性与家属护理满意度.结果:护理后,研究组治疗依从性为91.67%,高于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属护理满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在常规护理基础上采用童趣化护理,可提高学龄前肺炎支原体肺炎患儿治疗依从性与家属护理满意度.
Objective:To explore application effects of funny nursing in preschool children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:96 preschool children with Mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received the funny nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment compliance and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the treatment compliance of the study group was 91.67%,which was higher than 70.83%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the family members in the study group was 95.83%,which was higher than 77.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The funny nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the treatment compliance of the preschool children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and the family nursing satisfaction.
