摘要 目的探究激励机制在医院管理中的应用。方法选取医院2019年1月—2019年12月医院管理中采取激励机制作为观察组,另选取2018年1月—2018年12月期间未采取激励机制医院管理作为对照组,比较医院管理中不良事件发生情况。结果2年间临床医护不良事件总计发生例数为144例,其中对照组为103例,观察组为41例。结论激励机制应用于医院管理中,能显著提高医院工作人员积极性,降低医院管理中不良事件发生率,能提高医院整体质量。 Objective To explore the application of incentive mechanism in hospital management.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,our hospital management system was selected as the observation group,and from January 2018 to December 2018,hospital management was not adopted as the control group.Compare the incidence of adverse events in hospital management.Results The total number of adverse events in clinical medical care during the two years was 144,of which 103 were in the control group,and 41 were in the observation group.Conclusion The application of incentive mechanism in hospital management can significantly improve the motivation of hospital staff,reduce the incidence of adverse events in hospital management,and improve the overall quality of hospitals.
