PPH治疗重度痔1100例的临床体会

Clinical Experience of PPH in the Treatment of 1100 Cases of Severe Hemorrhoids

目的研究采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔的效果。方法选取我院2010年3月—2019年12月接受吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔1100例患者资料,进行回顾性分析。结果痊愈908例,显效191例,死亡1例,无无效病例。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔是治疗重度痔的理想术式,但应重视其术后并发症。严格掌握PPH适应证,加强术中操作和术后并发症的防治。

Objective To study the effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods The data of 1100 patients with severe hemorrhoids treated with PPH from March 2010 to December 2019 were selected,Retrospective analysis.Results 908 cases were cured,191 cases were effective,1 case died,no invalid cases.Conclusion PPH is an ideal operation for the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,however,the incidence of postoperative complications should be estimated.Therefore,it is required to strictly master the indications of PPH,to strengthen the prevention and treatment of intraoperative operation and postoperative complications.
