Evaluation on the Effect of Cleaning Quality of Medical Devices in Disinfection Supply Room

目的评价消毒供应室采用医疗器械清洗质量管理与控制的效果。方法选择2019年3月—2019年9月期间60件医疗器械作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组(采用医疗器械清洗质量管理与控制)和对照组(采用常规清洗管理),每组30件,比较两组医疗器械的清洗质量。结果观察组的清洗达标率(100%)与对照组清洗达标率(86.67%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组生物监测达标率(100%)高于对照组(70.00%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医疗器械使用的质量评分(护理服务质量评分、及时回收率评分、包装质量评分、及时供给率评分)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室采用医疗器械清洗质量管理与控制效果确切,可以更好的提升清洗质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of quality management and control of medical instrument cleaning in disinfection supply room.Methods From March 2019 to September 2019,60 medical devices were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(using medical device cleaning quality management and control)and the control group(using conventional cleaning management)by using the random number table method.30 devices each group,were selected to compare the cleaning quality of medical devices in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the observation group(100%)and the control group(86.67%).The observation group(100%)was significantly higher than the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The quality score of medical devices used in the observation group(nursing service quality score,timely recovery rate score,packaging quality score,timely supply rate score)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality management and control effect of medical instrument cleaning in disinfection supply room is accurate,which can better improve the quality of cleaning.
