探讨经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的护理措施

To Explore the Nursing Measures of Transsphenoidal Pituitary Tumor Resection

目的观察综合性护理措施对经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除手术的应用效果。方法将2017年6月—2019年6月来到本院实行经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的80例患者作为观察对象,将他们随机分为两组,每组40例手术患者。为常规护理干预组手术患者实行常规护理,为综合护理干预组手术患者实行综合性护理,对比两组手术患者护理后并发症发生率。比较护理前后的焦虑心理和抑郁心理。结果常规护理干预组手术患者的并发症发生率为22.5%,综合护理干预组手术患者的并发症发生率为7.5%,两组手术患者护理后并发症发生率差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。在护理之前,两组患者的焦虑心理和抑郁心理之间无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在护理之后,综合护理干预组患者的焦虑心理和抑郁心理轻于常规护理干预组,两组之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理能够促进经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除手术患者的康复,减少并发症的产生,改善患者的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪,减轻患者的心理障碍,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing measures in transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods A total of 80 patients who came to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 to undergo transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection were used as observation objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 surgical patients in each group.Routine nursing was performed for the surgical patients in the routine nursing intervention group,and comprehensive nursing was performed for the surgical patients in the comprehensive nursing intervention group.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Compare anxiety and depression before and after nursing.Results The complication rate of the surgical patients in the routine nursing intervention group was 22.5%,and the complication rate of the surgical patients in the comprehensive nursing intervention group was 7.5%.There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups of patients after surgery(P>0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression of patients in the comprehensive nursing intervention group were better than those in the conventional nursing intervention group.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients undergoing transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and reduce the psychological disorders of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
