摘要
目的研究老年高血压患者采用综合护理的临床价值。方法选择2017年1月—2019年8月,我院接收136例老年高血压患者,随机数字表法分成观察组(综合护理)与对照组(常规护理)各68例,比较两组生活质量、血压值、临床疗效及护理满意度。结果护理前比较血压值无差异,P>0.05;护理后与对照组比,观察组血压值低;社会领域、情感控制、物质生活及精神状态评分高;观察组护理满意率(98.53%)高于对照组89.71%,观察组有效率(97.06%)高于对照组88.24%,P<0.05。结论综合护理能提高老年高血压患者的整体疗效且控制病情进展。
Objective To study the clinical value of comprehensive nursing for elderly hypertensive patients.Methods From January 2017 to August 2019,136 elderly hypertensive patients were accepted in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group(comprehensive nursing)and control group(routine nursing)with 68 cases in each group.The quality of life,blood pressure,nursing satisfaction and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results There was no difference in blood pressure before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,compared with the control group,the blood pressure of the observation group was lower;the scores of social domain,emotional control,material life and mental state were higher;the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(98.53%)was higher than that of the control group(89.71%),and the effective rate(97.06%)of the observation group was higher than 88.24%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the overall curative effect of elderly hypertensive patients and control the disease progression.
