综合护理对小儿高热惊厥急诊抢救的作用

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Emergency Rescue of Children With Febrile Seizures

目的探讨综合护理在小儿高热惊厥急诊抢救中的应用效果,评估复发情况。方法时间:2017年1月—2019年5月。对象:本院急诊科实施抢救的小儿高热惊厥患儿。样本量:68例,按照患者就诊先后顺序编号,前34例设定为对照组,后34例设定为试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予综合护理,比较护理效果和复发率。结果试验组临护理效果为97.06%,高于对照组73.53%,P<0.05;试验组复发率为2.94%,低于对照组23.53%,P<0.05。结论在小儿高热惊厥患儿抢救中,配合综合护理干预利于促进病情恢复,护理效果突出,预防复发,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in emergency rescue of children with febrile seizures and evaluate the recurrence.Methods Time:January 2017 to May 2019.Subjects:children with febrile seizures rescued in the emergency department of the hospital.Sample size:68 cases,numbered according to the order of patient visits,the first 34 cases were set as the control group,the last 34 cases were set as the experimental group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group,to compare the nursing effect and recurrence rate.Results The clinical nursing effect of the experimental group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.53%,P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 2.94%,which was lower than that of the control group(23.53%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the rescue of children with febrile seizures,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention is conducive to promoting the recovery of the disease,the nursing effect is outstanding,and prevention of recurrence is worth recommending.
