加减龙胆泻肝汤联合中药熏洗治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效探讨

Discussion on the Curative Effect of Modified Longdanxiegan Decoction Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation on Mycotic Vaginitis

目的在对霉菌性阴道炎患者进行治疗的过程中,分析加减龙胆泻肝汤联合中药熏洗治疗的效果。方法随机选择该院2018年9月—2019年8月接诊的霉菌性阴道炎患者102例为临床观察对象,平均将患者分成两组,对照组采用常规手段进行治疗,观察组采用加减龙胆泻肝汤联合中药熏洗的方式进行治疗,在此基础上,分析两组患者的临床效果以及发生不良反应的概率。结果该次研究结果中,从两种患者的康复情况来看,观察组患者的总有效率为94.12%,对照组患者的总有效率为74.51%,观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.413,P=0.006<0.05)。从两组患者出现不良反应的概率方面来看,观察组患者的总不良反应发生率为11.76%,对照组患者的总不良反应发生率为23.53%,观察组患者的总不良反应发生率要远低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.988,P=0.022<0.05)。结论在对霉菌性阴道炎患者进行治疗的过程中,相比于以往西药的治疗方式,采用加减龙胆泻肝汤联合中药熏洗治疗方式具有更好的效果,其不仅能有效促进患者康复,同时具有较高的安全性,长期治疗的情况下不会对患者的机体造成损伤,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective In the process of treating patients with fungal vaginitis,analyze the effect of adding and removing Longdanxiegan decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment.Methods Randomly selected 102 patients with mycotic vaginitis who were admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 as clinical observation objects.The patients were divided into two groups on average.Longdanxiegan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,on this basis,analyze the clinical effects of two groups of patients and the probability of adverse reactions.Results In the results of this study,from the perspective of the rehabilitation of the two patients,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.51%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.413,P=0.006<0.05).From the perspective of the probability of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.76%,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 23.53%,and the incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was far lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.988,P=0.022<0.05).Conclusion In the process of treating patients with fungal vaginitis,compared with the previous treatment methods of western medicine,the use of addition and subtraction of Longdanxiegan decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment method has a better effect,which not only can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,at the same time,it has high safety and will not cause damage to the patient's body under long-term treatment.It has high clinical value.
