25—羟基维生素D水平与儿童支气管肺炎的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过测定25—羟基维生素D的水平,探讨25—羟基维生素D与儿童支气管肺炎的关系。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年1月期间于该院收治的儿童支气管肺炎患儿150例,随机分为DZ组(n=75)和GC组(n=75),DZ组予以常规治疗,GC组在DZ组的基础上予以维生素D口服治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前后各项临床指标的差异、临床症状恢复情况差异。结果治疗后,GC组患儿的25(OH)D水平(56.32±8.43)ng/mL、IgA水平(1.22±0.23)g/L、IgG(8.63±1.32)g/L、IgM(1.12±0.23)g/L均明显高于DZ组[(36.88±12.32)ng/mL、(0.86±0.26)g/L、(5.32±1.18)g/L、(0.71±0.26)g/L],差异有统计学意义(t=11.280、5.130、5.620、5.020,P<0.05);GC组患儿的咳嗽(喘息)缓解时间、肺部症状(湿啰音)消失时间均明显低于DZ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论25(OH)D的缺乏与儿童支气管肺炎的发病存在相关性,在儿童支气管肺炎中的治疗中,通过口服维生素治疗,有助于提升患儿的免疫功能水平,缩短患儿临床症状恢复的时间,为儿童支气管肺炎提供了新的治疗方案。 Objective To investigate the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and bronchial pneumonia in children by measuring the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D.Methods 150 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into DZ group(n=75)and GC group(n=75).The GC group received oral vitamin D treatment based on the DZ group.Observe the differences in clinical indicators and the recovery of clinical symptoms between the two groups of children before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the children in GC group had 25(OH)D level(56.32±8.43)ng/mL,IgA level(1.22±0.23)g/L,IgG(8.63±1.32)g/L,IgM(1.12±0.23)g/L were significantly higher than DZ group[(36.88±12.32)ng/mL,(0.86±0.26)g/L,(5.32±1.18)g/L,(0.71±0.26)g/L],the difference was statistically significant(t=11.280,5.130,5.620,5.020,P<0.05);the cough(wheezing)relief time and the disappearance of lung symptoms(wet rales)in the GC group were significantly lower than those in the DZ group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lack of 25(OH)D is correlated with the incidence of bronchial pneumonia in children.In the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children,oral vitamin therapy can help improve the immune function of children and shorten the recovery of clinical symptoms time,provided a new treatment for children with bronchial pneumonia.
