免费孕前优生健康检查联合护理健康教育降低出生缺陷发生的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Free Pre-pregnancy Eugenics Health Examination Combined with Nursing Health Education to Reduce birth Defects

目的探讨免费孕前优生健康检查联合护理健康教育在降低出生缺陷发生率的作用。方法方便选取该院2017年6月—2019年6月期间分娩的产妇160名,其中,未接受孕前优生健康检查与护理健康教育的产妇80名作为对照组,接受孕前优生健康检查与护理健康教育的产妇80名作为观察组,对比两组产妇在分娩后新生儿出生缺陷发生率。结果观察组新生儿共80名,出生缺陷发生例数中为3名,发生率为3.8%。对照组新生儿共80名,出生缺陷发生例数中为12名,发生率为15.0%。两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.440,P<0.05)。结论孕妇在产前接受优生健康检查与护理健康教育能够提高其自身对出生缺陷的预防意识,改善不良生活习惯,降低出生缺陷发生率。

Objective To explore the role of free pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination combined with nursing health education in reducing the incidence of birth defects.Methods A total of 160 women who gave birth between June 2017 and June 2019 in the hospital were convenient selected.Among them,80 people of women who did not receive pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination and nursing health education were used as a control group.80 maternal women were used as the observation group to compare the incidence of neonatal birth defects after delivery in the two groups.Results There were 80 newborns in the observation group,and 3 people of them had birth defects.The incidence rate was 3.8%.There were 80 neonates in the control group,and 12 people of birth defects occurred,the incidence rate was 15.0%.The two groups of data were significantly different and had statistical significance(χ^2=7.440,P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women receiving eugenic health checkup and nursing health education before birth can improve their own awareness of birth defects prevention,improve bad habits and reduce the incidence of birth defects.
