Objective To explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing in patients with cerebral embolism and Alzheimer's disease and its effect on dementia pathology score. Methods From April 2017 to December 2018,78 patients with cerebral embolism accompanied by senile diarrhea in the hospital were convenienty selected and grouped by random number table method,39 patients in each group, and patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing intervention. The study group was given personalized nursing intervention, and the mental state(MMSE)score, daily living ability(ADL)score and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were compared. Results The MMSE(25.13±2.35)points and ADL(46.82±5.98)points of the study group were better than the MMSE(19.68±1.56)points and ADL(34.23±5.12)points of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(t=12.066,9.987,P=0.000、0.000<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group,74.35%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.303,P=0.012).Conclusion The use of personalized care for patients with cerebral embolism and Alzheimer's disease can effectively improve the patient's mental state and daily living ability, and can effectively improve the quality of care and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, with application value.
