骨科护理中引入快速康复护理的护理效果分析

目的探究骨科护理中引入快速康复护理的护理效果。方法方便择取2018年4月—2019年10月期间该院骨科收治的100例手术患者参与研究,根据随机数字表法进行分组,其中对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施快速康复护理,对两组患者日常生活能力(ADL)评分、住院时间、关节功能恢复时间、Harris髋关节功能评分、Cooney腕关节功能评分和Kofoed踝关节功能评分进行对比,同时比较两组患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者ADL评分(82.12±2.45)分、住院时间(10.48±2.65)d、关节功能恢复时间(5.68±1.47)个月、Harris评分(85.22±2.13)分、Cooney评分(87.86±2.41)分、Kofoed评分(88.76±2.37)分优于对照组(74.62±2.13)分、(16.44±2.41)d、(9.72±1.56)个月、(71.48±2.32)分、(75.42±2.53)分、(74.15±2.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.336、11.765、13.328、30.848、26.175、31.414,P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度96.00%高于对照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理的应用对骨科手术患者的恢复有积极影响,还能够提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing introduced in orthopaedic nursing.Methods From April 2018 to October 2019,100 surgical patients admitted to the hospital for orthopedics were convenienty selected to participate in the study.They were grouped according to the random number table method,including 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given fast rehabilitation nursing.The daily living ability(ADL)score,hospitalization time,joint function recovery time,Harris hip function score,Cooney wrist function score and Kofoed ankle of the two groups were evaluated.The joint function scores were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was also compared.Results ADL score(82.12±2.45)points,hospital stay(10.48±2.65)d,joint function recovery time(5.68±1.47)months,Harris score(85.22±2.13)points,Cooney score(87.86±2.41)points,Kofoed score(88.76±2.37)points better than the control group(74.62±2.13)points,(16.44±2.41)d,(9.72±1.56)months,(71.48±2.32)points,(75.42±2.53)points,(74.15±2.28)points,the difference was statistical significance(t=16.336,11.765,13.328,30.848,26.175,31.414,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group,82.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing has a positive impact on the recovery of orthopedic surgery patients,and can also improve the nursing satisfaction.
