早期体位干预在预防新生儿压疮中的临床护理研究

Clinical Nursing Study of Early Posture Intervention in Preventing Neonatal Pressure Ulcers

目的研究早期体位干预预防新生儿压疮的护理效果。方法于2018年1—12月该院新生儿中方便选出74例作为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法,对照组(37例)实施常规护理干预;观察组(37例)在对照组基础上实施早期体位干预。观察两组不同时间段(24 h、48 h及72 h)压疮发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组24 h、48 h及72 h压疮发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.30%,明显高于对照组的67.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.29,P<0.05)。结论新生儿实施早期体位干预,可预防压疮的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the nursing effect of early posture intervention to prevent neonatal pressure ulcers.Methods From January to December 2018,74 neonates in the hospital were convenienty selected as the research object.According to the random number grouping method,the control group(37 cases)implemented routine nursing intervention;the observation group(37 cases)were in the control group based on the implementation of early posture intervention.Observe the occurrence of pressure ulcers and nursing satisfaction of the two groups at different time periods(24 h,48 h and 72 h).Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than 67.57%of the control group,the difference was statistically significan(χ^2=11.29,P<0.05).Conclusion Early posture intervention for newborns can prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers and improve nursing satisfaction.
