摘要 目的研究快速检验技术在微生物检验中的效果观察及影响因素。方法随机选择该院2018年9月—2019年9月收治的132例感染性疾病患者作为该次临床研究对象,将患者平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组66例患者接受常规方法进行微生物检验,观察组66例患者的微生物检验采取快速检验技术,对比两种检验方法获得的阳性率,并且分析快速检验技术的敏感性和特异性等指标。结果微生物检验的主要内容有沙门菌(χ^2=0.129,P=0.720)、肺炎链球菌(χ^2=0.033,P=0.856)、霍乱弧菌(χ^2=0.192,P=0.662),观察组检验的阳性率为93.94%,对照组患者阳性率为92.42%(χ^2=0.119,P=0.730),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者与对照组患者微生物检验的特异性分别为96.97%、86.36%(χ^2=4.860,P=0.027),敏感性分别为95.45%、84.85%(χ^2=4.181,P=0.041),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);准确性分别为93.94%和95.45%(χ^2=0.151,P=0.698),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在微生物检验中,快速检验技术更能够满足实际检验需要,检验效果明显,有着非常高的检验结果准确性,并且敏感性和特异性也非常高,在临床检验方面有着不可忽视的意义,值得临床上推广并且应用该方法。 Objective To study the effect observation and influencing factors of rapid inspection technology in microbiological inspection.Methods Randomly selected 132 patients with infectious diseases admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 as the object of this clinical study,and divided the patients into a control group and an observation group on average.66 patients in the control group received conventional microbiological test,the microbiological test of 66 patients in the observation group adopted the rapid test technology,compared the positive rate obtained by the two test methods,and analyzed the sensitivity and specificity indicators of the rapid test technology.Results The main contents of microbiological examination were Salmonella(χ^2=0.129,P=0.720),Streptococcus pneumoniae(χ^2=0.033,P=0.856),Vibrio cholerae(χ^2=0.192,P=0.662),the positive rate of the observation group test was 93.94%,and the positive rate of the patients in the control group was 92.42%(χ^2=0.119,P=0.730),and with no statistical significant difference(P>0.05);The specificity of the test was 96.97%and 86.36%(χ^2=4.860,P=0.027),and the sensitivities were 95.45%and 84.85%(χ^2=4.181,P=0.041)respectively,with statistical significant difference(P<0.05);the accuracy was 93.94%and 95.45%(χ^2=0.151,P=0.698),there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In microbiological testing,the rapid testing technology can better meet the actual testing needs,the testing effect is obvious,the test results has a very high accuracy,and the sensitivity and specificity are also very high,which has a significance that cannot be ignored in clinical testing.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application of this method.
