基于田口法的TN60刀具加工件表面质量影响因素的研究

摘要 TN60金属陶瓷刀具具有硬度高、耐磨好、摩擦系数低和抗热变形能力强等特点。为了研究此材料刀具加工零件成型表面质量,运用Minitab软件设计了三个切削加工试验,分别从切削参数、刀具参数和切削液浓度三个方面对成型表面粗糙度的影响进行分析。试验1表明,切削参数在vC=442.112 m/min、f=0.08 mm/r、ap=0.2 mm时,加工零件成型表面粗糙度值最低为Ra=0.902μm;试验2表明,采用试验1粗糙度值最低的切削参数,刀具参数刀尖角εr=60°、刀尖圆弧半径r=0.8 mm时,加工零件成型表面粗糙度值最低为Ra=0.6μm;试验3表明,采用前两个试验表面粗糙度值最低的切削参数和刀具参数,切削液浓度在12.5%时,加工零件成型表面粗糙度值最低为Ra=0.522μm。优化切削参数和刀具参数并合理使用切削液,TN60刀具可以实现以车代磨对零件进行精加工。 TN60 cermet tools have the characteristics of high hardness,good wear resistance,low friction coefficient and strong thermal deformation resistance.In order to study the surface quality of the parts processed by this material cutter,three cutting machining experiments were designed by using Minitab software.The influences of cutting parameters,cutting tool parameters and cutting fluid concentration on the surface roughness were analyzed.Test 1 showed that the lowest roughness value was Ra=0.902μm when the cutting parameters were vC=442.12 m/min,f=0.08 mm/r and ap=0.2 mm;Test 2 showed that the lowest roughness value was Ra=0.6μm when the tool include angleεr=60°and the tool tip radius r=0.8 mm.Test 3 showed that the lowest cutting parameters and tool parameters with the lowest surface roughness in the first two tests were used,and the lowest surface roughness was Ra=0.522μm when the cutting fluid concentration was 12.5%.By optimizing cutting parameters and tool parameters and using cutting fluid reasonably,TN60 tool can realize the precision machining of parts by turning instead ofgrinding.
