军队援鄂医疗队在新冠肺炎专科医院护理管理的实践与体会

Front line nursing management practice and experience from the Military Medical Team in assisting COVID-19 Specialized Hospital in Wuhan

总结军队援鄂医疗队在武汉泰康同济新冠肺炎专科医院临床护理单元中的一线护理管理工作,主要分为6个方面,一是前期筹备,包括人员抽组、培训、物资准备、病区布局改造;二是岗位管理,包括小组制排班、岗位设置;三是流程制度管理,包括预立规章制度、分区合作流程、日常质量控制;四是专项临床护理质量管理;五是人文关怀管理;六是感控管理,包括穿戴PPE的安全性与舒适性、制定每班消毒计划、意外防范及应急处置。由于前期准备充分、流程制度合理、工作效率及临床护理质量高,护理团队实现了患者满意度高,患者“零死亡”,医护人员“零感染”。该一线护理管理实战经验可为日后突发传染病救治等公共卫生事件的护理管理提供借鉴和参考。

This study is to summarize the nursing management experiences and related works among the nursing medical team in assisting Wuhan Taikang Tongji COVID-19 specialized hospital during the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic.There were mainly six aspects involved in daily practice:1)preparatory arrangement:include personnel group assignment,training,supply preparation,reconstruction of the unit layout;2)placement management:include group scheduling,placement setup;3)procedure and system management:include setting up pre-regulatory systems and rules,collaborative process between areas,and daily quality control;4)quality management of clinical nursing care;5)humanity care management;and 6)infection control management:include the safety and comfort in wearing Personal Protective Equipment(PPE),formulation of disinfection plan for each shift,action plans for sudden event prevention and emergency coping.Because of the adequate preparation,practical administrative procedures,along with high work efficiency and quality clinical nursing care demonstrated by the nursing team,we have reached high patient satisfaction,patient“zero death”,and medical staff“zero contraction”record.Theses practical experiences of first-line nursing management can provide references for the nursing management of public health events such as the treatment of sudden infectious diseases in the future.
