摘要
从目前航站楼值机系统普遍开设自助行李托运柜台的实际运行情况出发,进行柜台优化配置研究,对提高值机系统服务水平至关重要。基于排队论M/M/1模型,以旅客值机排队等待时间为目标函数,构建双排队系统模型,对南京禄口国际机场T2航站楼D岛值机柜台开放数量进行具体配置。通过配置,得到全天不同时间段人工及自助行李托运柜台最优开放数量;同时,分析了旅客节约的值机排队等待时间,表明采用双排队系统后,全天总计节约的旅客时间成本为379.151 h。研究将值机柜台排队服务系统视为双排队系统,符合实际运行情况,对机场提升管理水平和柜台布局优化有一定的实用价值。
Starting from the actual operation of the self-service luggage check-in counters generally set up in the terminal check-in system,it is essential to improve the check-in system service level by conducting counter optimization research.Based on the M/M/1 model of queuing theory,a double-queuing system model is constructed with the passenger check-in queuing waiting time as the objective function,and the opening number of D-island check-in counters in the Nanjing Lukou international airport terminal 2 is specifically configured.Through configuration,the optimal opening number of manual and self-service luggage check-in counters at different time periods throughout the day is obtained;at the same time,the passengers'saved check-in queuing waiting time is analyzed,which shows that the total cost of passenger time saved throughout the day after using the double-queuing system is 379.151 hours.The study has regarded the check-in counter queuing service system as a double-queuing system,which is in line with the actual operation and has had a practical value for improving the management level of the airport and optimizing the counter layout.
