基于改进变权物元的航空公司运营绩效评价

Airline Operating Performance Evaluation Based on Improved Matter-element Extension Model with Variable Weight

为客观、全面评价航空公司运营绩效,构建了运营绩效评价指标体系,引入了变权理论,将改进物元可拓模型应用于国内4家航空公司的运营绩效评价中,并通过敏感性分析找到了影响运营绩效的关键因素。结果表明:变权理论能有效减弱赋权对异常指标的放大作用,各指标呈现出一定的均衡性;在4家航空公司中,国航的运营绩效最高,其次是南航和东航,海航最低。航空公司运营绩效的关键因素主要集中在负债能力、生产规模和管理效率中。

To objectively and comprehensively evaluate airline operating performance,Operating performance evaluati on index system is constructed.Applying variable weight theory,and combined with the improved matter-element extension model to the operating performance evaluation of four domestic listed airlines in 2018.The key factors of operating performance through sensitivity analysis are found.The results show that:comparing the four weight calculation methods,the variable weight theory can effectively reduce the magnification effect of the weight on the abnormal index.Among the four listed airlines,Air China has the highest operating performance,followed by China Southern and China Eastern,and Hainan Airlines the worst.The key factors of airline operation performance are mainly concentrated in debt capacity,production scale and management efficiency.
