摘要
目的通过检测冠心病(CHD)患者血清中血管生成素2(Angpt2)、血管生成素1(Angpt1)含量,探索二者比值与CHD患者Gensini积分之间的相关性.方法选取2018年10月至2019年11月在本院收治的CHD患者90例为试验组(CHD组),另选取同期在本院体检的健康体检者90例为对照组(NC组).采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测患者血清Angpt2、Angpt1浓度,计算Angpt2/Angpt1比值;采用Gensini积分系统评价患者冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度;Pearson相关分析Angpt2/Angpt1比值与CHD患者Gensini积分之间相关性.结果CHD组有吸烟史人数、血肌酐、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均高于NC组(P<0.05).与NC组相比,CHD组血清中Angpt2浓度较低[(802.15±63.25)ng/L比(623.78±36.21)ng/L],Angpt1浓度较高[(516.02±34.95)ng/L比(941.32±62.45)ng/L],Angpt2/Angpt1比值较低[(155.42±48.85)比(90.12±35.37)](P<0.05).根据CAG结果显示冠状动脉病变支数分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组.与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组CHD患者血清Angpt2浓度[(747.19±42.60)ng/L比(633.28±32.47)ng/L比(491.13±30.59)ng/L]、Angpt2/Angpt1比值较低[(95.29±44.98)比(63.53±41.26)比(45.38±26.37)],Angpt1浓度[(784.15±56.54)ng/L比(996.75±79.08)ng/L比(1047.12±51.69)ng/L]、Gensini积分较高[(25.12±6.15)分比(62.78±11.47)分比(112.57±19.55)分](P<0.05);与Ⅱ组比较,Ⅲ组CHD患者血清Angpt2浓度[(633.28±32.47)ng/L比(491.13±30.59)ng/L]、Angpt2/Angpt1比值较低[(63.53±41.26)比(45.38±26.37)],Angpt1浓度[(996.75±79.08)ng/L比(1047.12±51.69)ng/L]、Gensini积分较高[(62.78±11.47)分比(112.57±19.55)分](P<0.05).CHD患者血清Angpt2/Angpt1比值与Gensini积分呈负相关(r=-0.621,P<0.05).结论Angpt2/Angpt1比值在CHD患者血清中显著降低,与Gensini积分呈负相关,可能反映CHD患者冠状动脉病变程度.
Objective To detect the levels of angiopoietin 2(Angpt2)and angiopoietin I(Angptl)in serum of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and to explore the correlations between their ratio and Gensini score in patients with CHD.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected as experimental group(CHD group)and 90 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group(NC group).The serum Angpt2 and Angptl levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),Angpt2/Angptl ratio was calculated,Gensini integral system was used to evaluate the degree of coronary atherosclerosis.Pearson correlation analysis showed the correlation between Angpt2/Angptl ratio and Gensini score in patients with coronary heart disease.Results The number of patients with history of smoking.the serum creatinine.total cholesterol(TC),trigyeride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level in CHD group were higher than those in NC group(P<0.05).Compared with NC group,serum Angpt2 concentration was lower[(802.15±63.25)ng/L vs.(623.78±36.21)ng/L],Angptl concentration was higher[(516.02±34.95)ng/L vs.(941.32±62.45)ng/L]and Angpt2/Angptl ratio was lower[(155.42±48.85)vs.(90.12±35.37)]in CHD group(P<0.0p).According to the results of CAG,the patients were divided into group I,group I and group I.Compared with groupI,serum Angpt2 concentration[(747.19±42.60)ng/L vs.(633.28±32.47)ng/L vs.(491.13±30.59)ng/L]and Angpt2/Angptl ratio[(95.29144.98)vs.(63.53±41.26)vs.(45.38±26.37)]were lower in group II and group II CHD patients,while Angptl concentration[(784.15±56.54)ng/L vs.(996.75±79.08)ng/L vs.(1047.12+51.69)ng/L]and Gensini score[(25.12±6.15)vs.(62.78±11.47)vs.(112.57±19.55)]were higher(P<0.05);compared with group II,the serum Angpt2 concentration[(633.28±32.47)ng/L vs.(491.13+30.59)ng/L]and Angpt2/Angptl ratio[(63.53±41.26)vs.(45.38±26.37)]in group Ⅱ CHD patients were lower,while Angptl concentration[(996.75±79.08)ng/L vs.(1047.12±51.69)ng/L]and Gensini score[(62.78±11.47)vs.(112.57±19.55)]were higher(P<0.05).The serum Angpt21 Angptl ratio was negatively correlated with Gensini score in CHD patients(r=-0.621,P<0.05).Conclusion Angpt21 Angptl ratio is significantly lower in serum of CHD patients and is negatively correlated with Gensini score,which may reflect the degree of coronary artery disease in CHD patients.
