"双一流"建设是高等教育改革创新的关键所在,其本质是实现创新引领的可持续发展。研究生教育是国家知识创新系统的核心,研究生教育国际化培养已成为提高我国研究生教育国际竞争力和促进高校"双一流"建设的主要途径。省属地方院校是我国高等教育的主力军,应充分发挥自身优势,从团队、平台、资源、理念等方面与国际接轨,逐步形成S-P-R-I创新国际化培养模式,全方位促动教育培养向国际化发展,实现导师和学生的共同发展。

The construction of"double first-class"is the key to the reform and innovation of higher education,and its essence is to achieve sustainable development led by innovation.Postgraduate education is the core of the national knowledge innovation system.The internationalization of postgraduate education has become the main route to improving the international competitiveness of China’s postgraduate education and promoting the"double first-class"construction in colleges and universities.As members of higher education,provincial local colleges and universities should gradually integrate the international strategy of"S-P-R-I"innovation internationalization from the perspective of teams,platforms,resources and ideas,and promote the development of education to internationalization in an all-round way to realize the mutual development of tutors and students.
